Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. revealed that as of April 30, 2025, their total assets under management (AUM) stood at $164.4 billion. The firm's Artisan Funds and Artisan Global Funds accounted for $80.2 billion of the total AUM, while separate accounts and other AUM accounted for $84.2 billion.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. issued a statement in response to H Partners' allegations of improper conduct, urging shareholders to vote "FOR ALL" director nominees using the WHITE proxy card. The company described H Partners' campaign as misleading and disruptive, especially as the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders approaches.

The investment, made in partnership with GCM Grosvenor, involved acquiring a minority equity stake in the private company that manages the redeveloped terminal.

Furthermore, Rise Gold Corp. successfully closed a $3,000,000 financing, including a strategic investment from Equinox Partners. The non-brokered private placement allowed the company to raise funds through the sale of units at a set price per unit.

Natural Grocers partnered with Contented Hen to offer premium eggs at introductory prices for {N}power members, showcasing four new varieties from Free Range to Organic Pasture Raised at affordable prices.

Lastly, Construction Partners, Inc. reported strong fiscal 2025 second quarter results, with revenue up 54% compared to Q2 FY24, net income of $4.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA up 135% compared to the previous year. The company also raised its FY25 outlook, highlighting a record backlog of $2.84 billion. The growth and financial performance indicate a promising outlook for the company's future.
