By KlickAnalytics Data Insights | June 30, 2026 05:03PM ET
- The company reported a net loss of SAR 6.79 million despite increased sales
- Revenue grew by 22.15% compared to the previous year, attributed to strategic commercial expansion
In their recent financial disclosure to the Saudi Exchange, Keir International Company announced robust revenue growth during the first half of 2025, reaching SAR 71.18 million. This marked a significant 22.15% increase from the SAR 58.27 million reported in the same period the previous year. The company credited this revenue surge to its successful strategic expansion in commercial activities and service delivery to both existing and new clients.
Despite the positive revenue growth, Keir International reported a net loss of SAR 6.79 million for the period. This loss was mainly driven by higher administrative costs and increased provisions for credit losses. While the net loss showed an improvement of 15.38% from the previous year, the company still faces financial pressure due to the widening gap in total losses, higher operational expenses, and growing financial provisions.
The company highlighted a significant decline in total equity, with shareholders' equity dropping by 55.1% to SAR 27.34 million. This decrease was accompanied by accumulated losses totaling SAR 147.99 million, which represents 123% of the company’s capital. Keir International remains focused on its commercial expansion strategy to boost revenue, although it continues to grapple with operational cost management and addressing the substantial accumulated losses relative to its capital base.

It answers
NVDA has averaged a 9.2% absolute move on the day after earnings and closed higher 67% of the time. Two in three reactions land between −4.2% and +16.3% — the distribution is skewed right, not symmetric.
